This session will help determine a path for CDC to achieve next generation business objectives with IT Service Management principles (ITSM), focusing on frameworks, tools, and customer successes. Utilizing a holistic approach, we will develop strategies around Cloud Smart and Hybrid-Cloud to optimize application portfolios to deliver results for achieving organizational goals.
We will explore how CDC can leverage Dell Technologies $5bn R&D spend with next-generation enterprise level technologies such as:

with the goal of modernizing IT infrastructure, Data Center and seeking partner-driven data solutions. The Dell MCP team will develop incremental implementation plans through follow-up discussions with CDC.

This session will share customer success stories from innovative companies having legacy infrastructure, “technical debt”, who have innovated and benefited from modern technologies. Our application-centric approach will improve CDC’s mission continuity posture and discuss how CDC can leverage open standards and tools while protecting data security.
